Mentorship Support

Optional mentorship is supervision in the proper sense: dedicated time to bring your real sessions to someone experienced and think them through together.

Once you start working with actual people, the questions change. Someone cries for forty minutes. Someone feels nothing and is disappointed. Someone asks you what it meant. Mentorship is where those sessions get looked at.

Approximately 5 hours across several weeks following the training, one to one. Sessions are led by what you bring: case discussion, questions from your practice hours, and guidance on pacing, nervous system responses, language, and ethical boundaries.

Especially useful if you are new to facilitation, or if you learn best through feedback and reflection.

Not required for certification. It is for those who want company while stepping into the work.
